The story of Well bouillon began 50 years ago and is first and foremost a story of a family. It was around 1960 when our father, Antonio Valenti, highly respected and gifted chemist and pharmacist, heard his wife, who at that time had 4 children later to become 12, ask for his help in order to prepare something practical, healthy and tasty that would save her the hard-work and time needed for the long preparation of broth for the family. Our father, in love with his wife and children, set to work. This led to the birth of the first recipe of our granulated bouillon: an act of love and attention of a father towards his family, the offer of a simple solution, practical, healthy and really very good.
This is the vision from which everything began and that still today guides us. It is not only an idea but really and truly a way of being: putting its own abilities at the service and in order to help others.
Today, 5 out of the 12 children, work in the Well Alimentare Italiana company, an entrepreneurial entity strongly rooted in emotional family bonds and its fundamental values of service and attention to the needs of others. We have become specialists in the production of preparations for broths, seasonings, cooking bases and aromatic products. We look to do this to the best of our abilities, aiming for excellence in everything that we do, with the greatest attention focussed on the needs of families, new consumer styles and the new demands of the market. We consistently create and propose new solutions in order to always be at the side of those who put love into their cooking.
