– Take the jowel bacon, remove the rind and cut it into thin slices.
– In a frying pan, pour a drop of oil and brown off the jowel bacon until the white part becomes transparent.
– Add the tub of Brodo Well Concentrate Meat Bouillon
– Simmer with white wine until reduced and leave it to evaporate off.
– Now add the peeled tomatoes and the chilli.
– Leave to cook for a few minutes.
