– Take the beef, remove the excess of connective tissue and cut the meat into small pieces
– Chop the onion, celery and carrot
– Lightly brown the chopped vegetables in a pan with the garlic and aromatic herbs.
– Add the cubes of chopped meat.
– Sautée and add the Brodo Well Concentrate Meat Bouillon.
– Simmer with white wine until reduced
– Cover with water
– Leave to cook for approximately 1 hour and a half, until the meat is tender.
