SAFFRON RISOTTO WITH BALLS OF THYME CHICKEN
Ingredients for 4 people:
PROCEDURE:

– Chop the shallot

– In a frying pan brown the shallot and add the rice

– Brown it and simmer with white wine until reduced

– Bring 1lt to the boil Water

– Add the Brodo Well Granular Form Meat Bouillon

– Continue cooking for 15 minutes adding the water a little at a time

– Mix to a creamy consistency with the saffron, grated cheese and a knob of butter

– Cut the chicken into thin slices and leave it to marinate for a few minutes with oil and thyme

– Brown the chicken

– Season with Brodo Well Granular Form Meat Bouillon

– Add the marinated chicken to the risotto

– Serve on plates
