TENDERLOIN BEEF FILLET IN RED WINE
Ingredients for 4 people:
PROCEDURE:

– Take the fillet, flatten and shape it into approx. 80g square pieces

– In a pan lightly brown the onion, carrot, celery and cloves

– Add the red wine and Brodo Well Granular Form Meat Bouillon

– Cook for a few minutes

– Blend together

– Take a pan and brown both sides of the beef fillet

– Serve the fillet with the vegetable purée on the side
