TOASTED ITALIAN BREAD DRIZZLED WITH OLIVE OIL, TOPPED WITH BAKED AUBERGINE, BABY TOMATOES AND PARMESAN CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 people:
PROCEDURE:

– Clean and half the tomatoes

– Clean and half the tomatoes

– In a frying pan brown the shallot and add the tomatoes

– Sautée and sprinkle in the Brodo Well Granular Form Vegetable Bouillon

– Flavour with basil and oregano

– Clean the aubergine and cut julienne

– Heat a pan and toast the aubergine

– Add the aubergine to the tomato sauce

– Take the slices of bread, put the tomato and aubergine on top and finally cover with cheese

– Cook in the oven at 180°C for a few minutes

– Serve on plates
